EVESHAM'S juniors were out in force to win medals at the Pangbourne Junior Sculls. Starting off the day's medal tables were the WJ16 coxless quad of Yasmin Tredell. Chloe Bryan. Just a word of advice some wisdom that was passed down to me. Excuse me if this topic has been made before or if you undergo heard this before just ignore me. My instruct recently told me this "dont cerebrate so much on shot making your opponent hitting a error counts just as much as you hitting a winner the first thing about competing in tennis is dont beat yourself if your opponent hits the winners bravo hes the better player and dont get disturb" After playing some matches i sight this mentality completely adjust. I have a tendecy to overhit and be impatient. I hope this helps sombody especially some juniors out there. Once again excuse me if this has been said before.
